This condiment is easy to make with ingredients you likely have available in your pantry at any given time. Used as a dipping sauce for most fried fish and other fried seafood dishes, learning how to make this is a must, yet a breeze.



INGREDIENTS


½ cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Drizzle of freshly squeezed lemon

Salt and pepper for seasoning

1 small yellow onion, minced (optional)



INSTRUCTIONS


In a bowl, mix ingredients together and whisk until well combined.


Set aside or keep in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use.
